Article I - Name and Identity

1.1 The name of the organization shall be the National Liberty Party (hereafter referred to as "the Party").

1.2 The Party shall operate as a lawful political organization committed to stability, order, and responsible governance within Moverton City.

 

ARTICLE II: PRINCIPLES AND VALUES
2.1 The Party upholds the Rule of Law, national sovereignty, and public order.
2.2 The Party rejects political extremism, corruption, and unlawful seizure of power.
2.3 Governance shall be pursued through constitutional means and democratic legitimacy.

ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Membership is open to any individual who accepts this Constitution and Party principles.
3.2 Members shall act in good faith and refrain from actions that bring disrepute upon the Party.
3.3 Membership may be suspended or revoked by due process.

ARTICLE IV: LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
4.1 The chairman shall serve as the supreme executive authority of the Party.
4.2 The Secretary-General and other Leadership members shall be appointed or elected as defined by Party statute.

ARTICLE V: ELECTIONS AND CAMPAIGNS
5.1 The Party shall participate in elections lawfully and transparently.
5.2 Campaign activities shall adhere to ethical standards and electoral law.

ARTICLE VI: DISCIPLINE AND ENFORCEMENT
6.1 Disciplinary measures may be taken against members who violate Party rules.
6.2 All disciplinary actions shall respect due process.

ARTICLE VII: AMENDMENTS
7.1 This Constitution may be amended by a supermajority vote of party leadership.
7.2 Amendments shall take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE VIII: DISSOLUTION
8.1 The Party may be dissolved only by formal resolution.
8.2 Upon dissolution, assets shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

RATIFICATION
This Constitution is hereby adopted as the supreme governing document of the National Liberty Party.
